Interval Timer is a workout interval timer and a set of everyday countdown timers for Android. You need no account to use it. This page tells you what data the app uses, where it goes, and the choices you have.

Short version

Your workouts and timers (names and times)To run them and remember themNo (Android may include them in your own device backup)
Your settingsTo remember your choicesNo (same as above)

Ads (free version)

The free version shows one banner, at the bottom of the workout list. Google AdMob provides it. Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares this data, encrypted in transit, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention:

DataDetails
IP addressCan be used to estimate your general location
App interactionsFor example app launches and ad taps
DiagnosticsApp and SDK performance, such as launch time
Device identifiersAndroid advertising ID and app set ID

Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states), the app asks for your consent before it loads ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings. Google's use of this data is covered by How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Voice coach (Pro)

The voice coach uses the text-to-speech engine on your phone. The app sends it only fixed words such as "Work", "Rest" and numbers.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play. Google Play handles the payment. The app only learns whether you own Pro; we never see your payment details.

Children

The app is not made for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
